Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide is frequently praised for its exceptional city center location, directly opposite the Railway Station and tram stop, putting guests within easy reach of Adelaide's attractions, restaurants, and the Oval. The spacious rooms often feature good facilities, and comfortable beds. The room was comfortable and spacious. the bed was too. ensuite was nice and clean although compact. Location of the room was fabulous. i had a great view overlooking the convention centre, railway station etc.
One of the main reasons i booked this hotel was it had parking available but it cost an additional $25 a night for parking. it was not possible to reserve a spot. when i arrived the staff were not very helpful with providing instructions on how to enter the carpark.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to the station and bus routes. the room was big and included good facilities. the staff were helpful, even when i arrived late at night during a busy weekend.
i noticed the hotel seemed quite dated. this caused some delays when moving between floors.

The hotel offers a breakfast service, i saw that it included options for a takeaway breakfast if arranged in advance. This catered to early morning excursions. i did not have the opportunity to sample this offering.

convenient Location and Cute Staff

public transportfriendly staffnearby restaurantslong-life milk
i found the hotel easy to reach via public transport. the staff was friendly. cafes and restaurants located nearby offered many options. the provided fan was really helpful during the heat wave.
the additional $15 breakfast charge did not seem worth it. the breakfast selection included only long-life milk, even though a fridge was available.
Service

the staff were accommodating, especially when i needed a fan because of the heat. they provided helpful suggestions about places to see and things to do in the area.
Location

Centrally Located Stay

convenient parkinglarge bathroomready accessnonfunctional dispensers
My rental car had its parking space beneath the structure. The room included adequate space with a large bathroom. Staff members were helpful, and the location gave ready access to the art gallery.
The provided dispensers for soap looked nonfunctional upon arrival. I suggest they review functionality before new guests arrive.
Rooms
8/10
The room has updated and is pretty clean. It featured wifi. Easy process occurred upon checking in and out.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel's location is superb. It enables walkable access to shops. Many restaurants are within the vicinity.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast offers are disappointing. It only has gluten free bread and small tubs of yogurt or whole fruit, and lacks protein. The hotel should offer meat, cheese, eggs, or prepared ready-to-eat fruits.
